NEW PR to convert driving license in Singapore

This post is meant for pass holders who hold Singapore Qualified Driving License (QDL) and recently converted to Singapore PR/Citizen status.

One of the perks after becoming a Singapore PR is that you may convert to a LIFETIME-VALID driving license.

My experience to share:

Document prep:

1. Existing QDL with expiry date (that’s a prerequisite of cours)
2. New PR ID
3. SGD25

Go to Traffic Police Head Quarter located at Ubi Ave 3. Get a queue, go to the counter and VOLA!
